Ocean View Retirement Engineering Project

Our company has also been involved in the Ocean View Retirement Community development and expansion projects in Falmouth, Maine.  Approximately 200 units of residential apartments and single family housing were approved in 2012.  Phase 1 construction began in 2013.  Since then Blueberry Commons was developed and constructed which included 34 residential apartments and amenities to support the facilities.  A 34 unit Legacy Memory Care wing was approved and constructed in 2014 on the same site.  The developer also included 34 residential cottages together with road and access development throughout the project.  We also completed several expansions to the OV Main Lodge which completed construction in 2012.  These projects required Maine DEP and Town of Falmouth approval.
