Mallett Woods Engineering Project

Mallett Woods is a residential subdivision project in Topsham, Maine  which included 47 residential lots.  The project is being completed in multiple phases.  Currently Phases 1 and 2 are complete.  The project included four (4) underdrain filter ponds to meet the current DEP stormwater rules.
