Highland Green Engineering Project

Mr. Belanger has also been lead Civil Engineer for “The Highlands” and “Highland Green” a retirement community of over 1000 units of housing in single, duplex and multi-family structures in Topsham, Maine. Highland Green has expanded to include an additional 250 units of housing, 200 units of multi-family structures, and a 9 hole public golf course located on approximately 600 acres of land. This project is a design build effort with building and road contractors and includes approvals, engineering construction plans, value engineering, construction monitoring, construction layout, as well as customer/client coordination. In 2013, we constructed a Memory Loss Wing being attached to Cadigan Lodge which required federal financing and approval from HUD.
